A redundant 2 story milking parlour has been converted into a spacious 4 bedroom property of high quality. it has underfloor heating downstairs and biomass heated radiators upstairs making it warm and cosy. All bedrooms are lockable and ensuite so it is possible for smaller groups to share the house. WiFi is available.
A downstairs hallway leads off to a separate wet/dry room where boots / Wellington's can be stored and dried and clothes can be laundered using the washing machine and tumble drier. There is a downstairs toilet for convenience.
The well equipped kitchen has a gas topped cooker with electric oven plus fridge, freezer and dish washer. It opens into a spacious lounge with oakwood floor and wood burning stove. there is a large freeview TV with a good DVD selection and a full book stand for bookworms.
French windows open out from the lounge into an enclosed garden equipped with garden furniture and BBQ.
The bedrooms are light and airy and all have en-suite facilities and fitted furniture. they are named after famous people associated with the area.:

This is a ground floor bedroom with twin beds.
A TV/DVD is provided, en-suite is a shower, toilet, handbasin.
King Henry V
A luxury kingsize gothic bed with fitted furniture and large TV. En-suite has p-shaped bath / shower, toilet and hand basin and heated towel rail.
Charles Rolls
This is a double bedroom with iron bedstead and ivory coloured fitted furniture. there is a TV/DVD. The en-suite has a large shower, toilet, handbasin & headed towel rail & illuminated mirror.
Lady Langattock
This is the family room with ample space for twin beds or kingsize if requested. There is space for a cot, also a sofa bed suitable for one adult or two children. the large en-suite bathroom has a bath and separate shower and 6ft heated towel rail , toilet and hand basin.
Little Hendre
A single story story stylish farm building conversion ideally for 2 people who want luxury accommodation. It is designed to be disabled friendly with wheelchair access and covered parking right outside the front door.
A large biomass boiler provides underfloor heating and plenty of hot water.
In the spacious lounge there is a wood burner and there is a large freeview TV with a good DVD selection and a book collection.
There is a well equipped open plan kitchen and dining area, a cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine which are all integrated into the units with kettle, microwave, toaster and coffee machine available.
From wide French windows a ramp provides access to an enclosed garden area for relaxation.
The large single bedroom has a king-size bed and is fully fitted with furniture and a television. There is an en-suite wet room bathroom for convenience. WiFi is available to guests and towels and bed linen are included in the tariff.
